Underwater Civil Engineering

We undertake a wide range of underwater civil engineering works to support the construction, repair, and maintenance of marine and waterfront structures. All operations are performed by certified commercial divers using specialised tools and procedures in accordance with engineering and safety standards.

STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS - Diver-based surveys of quay walls, jetties, bridge piers, docks, and other marine infrastructure to assess condition, identify defects, and support maintenance planning.

CONCRETE REPAIRS AND GROUTING - Underwater preparation and placement of repair mortars, epoxy resins, and grouting materials to restore strength and durability to submerged concrete structures.

CUTTING AND WELDING - Application of underwater oxy-arc cutting, hydraulic cutting tools, and wet welding techniques for modifications, repairs, and dismantling works.

PILE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE - Assistance with the placement, alignment, and securing of piles for piers, jetties, and offshore structures, including inspection and repair of existing piles.

SCOUR AND EROSION PROTECTION - Placement of rock armour, gabions, concrete mattresses, or other stabilisation measures to prevent foundation undermining around marine structures.

FORMWORK AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT - Installation of cofferdams, formwork, and other temporary works required for in-water construction or repair activities.

DEBRIS REMOVAL AND SITE PREPARATION - Clearing of obstructions, sediment, or unwanted materials to prepare sites for construction or safe navigation.

DIVER ASSISTED DREDGING - Dredging and de-silting service using traditional dig and dump techniques along with airlifting silt pumping operations.
